Our Blackberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar is handcrafted for us by our friends Craig and Cari of Chaparral Vinegars. This delicious vinegar starts with a true California balsamic and then blended with organic blackberries to create a sweet, luscious flavor.

The deep flavor of dark balsamic with the extra note of rich berry can be used to enhance sauces for chicken and beef or make a reduction for ice cream or fruit. Mix with one of Tiber Canyon’s olive oils, add a bit of sea salt and freshly ground pepper, and you will never buy bottled salad dressing again.
